We offer trackable international shipping

Exceptions apply. Unfortunately, due to some specific customs procedures, the delivery to some countries is not available at this time. We don’t ship to OFAC sanctions country list: Balkans, Belarus, Burma, Cote D'Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, and Zimbabwe.

Some distant areas can take a bit longer, but we’ll get it to you!

● The given delivery dates are estimates calculated from the date an order is out for shipment, keeping in mind the transit time.

● In rare cases, there may be unexpected delivery delays due to severe weather conditions, natural disasters, transport accidents, unscheduled events, incorrect shipping details, etc and might take longer than expected.

● For international orders, the recipient will be responsible for any and all customs fees, import taxes, tariffs, or duties levied by your government, which will be levied once the parcel reaches its destination.  Please note that these charges are usually collected by the shipping agency/courier upon delivery and that we will be unable to estimate the costs beforehand as it is highly dependent on your location. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office directly.

● You might be required to sign on the package to receive the item and thus please choose an address that someone is available to receive the package during business hours.

Order Confirmation

After payment has been processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email listed at the time of checkout. Once the email confirmation has been sent, your order will begin to be processed.

Processing time

The order processing time might take up to 1- 4 business days*. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the post-office. After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you via email.

● If you place your order after 11:45 am Central Standard Time on Friday, or over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), your order will be shipped the following week.

Cancellation & request for changes

We accept cancellations within 24 hours, as long as your order has not already been shipped. Please contact us here with your order number to start the process asap.
